Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the microphone in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals, then sit it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
